Key Responsibilities:

• Assist members with proper use of gym equipment and exercises.
• Monitor gym floor to ensure safety and adherence to gym rules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym areas and equipment.
• Perform regular equipment checks and report any maintenance issues.
• Provide basic guidance and support to members as needed.
• Support the gym team in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (further education in fitness is a plus).
• Prior experience in a gym or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic exercise equipment and safety protocols.
• Friendly, approachable, and reliable.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
