About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and fully operational to support daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building facilities, equipment, and systems
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical tasks
• Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of assigned areas
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Coordinate with external contractors when necessary
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow safety standards and company protocols at all times

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational/technical training is an advantage
• Proven experience in maintenance or a similar role is preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general repair work
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
